After the construction jihad in 1379, jihadist groups started their work in the less privileged areas with the aim of removing deprivation. The south of Kerman province is one of these areas that saw the large presence of jihadi groups. South Kerman, despite its unique capacities and various resources in different areas, does not have suitable and acceptable infrastructures. According to this issue, Jihadi groups were formed in this region to do construction work while demanding people's natural rights. In this regard, jihadi groups, in addition to internal power, use other large capacities in order to remove deprivation, and these large capacities are the government structures, charitable foundations, and non-governmental organizations. Relying on the potentials of various government departments, charitable foundations and non-governmental organizations (SEMAN), jihadists can achieve significant success in jihadi work. Now, in connection with this issue, the interactions of the target jihadist groups, which include 17 cases, in the three southern cities of Kerman, including; We will analyze Jiroft, Anbarabad and Kohnuj with government structures and charitable foundations. The results obtained in this regard include 33 cases of mutual relations with government structures and 46 cases of relations with charitable foundations. Also, all the collected information has been processed using the qualitative-analytical method. The purpose of this article is to investigate effective communication and interactions between jihadi groups, government structures, charitable foundations and non-governmental organizations.
