چکیده [English]

In the sphere of political thought of Ayatollah Khamenei, the realization of Islamic civilization is one of the most important goals of the Islamic Revolution. To achieve this significant objective, he considers the establishment of an Islamic system, the formation of an Islamic state, and the creation of an Islamic society as essential prerequisites for realizing Islamic civilization.
Given the global transformations and the shift in the current world order, the question arises: What are the requirements for an Islamic state to play an active role in the new world order based on the thoughts of Imam Khamenei?
This research, using thematic analysis, seeks to explore the requirements for an Islamic state to actively participate in the new world order based on Imam Khamenei’s perspectives. The findings indicate that the overarching theme of these requirements consists of seven organizing themes:Recognizing the historical transition from a unipolar to a multipolar world order, Preserving and strengthening Islamic identity,Ensuring internal preparedness for global engagement,Understanding Iran’s opportunities and responsibilities in this transformative era, Emphasizing the role of elites and the masses, Maintaining independence and resisting global domination,Utilizing diplomacy and soft power
