واکاوی نقش بازار در تحولات سیاسی دهه‌ی چهارم جمهوری اسلامی (1390-1400)

چکیده

مقاله حاضر به بررسی نقش بازار در سیاست و تحولات سیاسی با تمرکز بر دهه‌ی چهارم انقلاب اسلامی ایران ‌پرداخته است. این دوره زمانی، به دلیل تحولات سیاسی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی، شرایط خاصی را در نحوه تعامل میان بازار و سیاست به وجود آورد. بازار به عنوان یک بازیگر تعیین کننده در فرآیند تصمیم سازی، تصمیم‌گیری‌ و اقدامات سیاسی و اجتماعی دیده می‌شود و تأثیرات متقابل بازار و حکومت در متن حوادث قرار دارد. تأثیر سیاست‌های اقتصادی دولت بر بازار و به تبع آن، تأثیرات بازار بر سیاست‌های دولتی و روند تحولات سیاسی کشور از حساسیت خاصی برخوردار گردید. علاوه بر این، نقش نهادهای مدنی و اجتماعی در شکل‌گیری سیاست‌های اقتصادی و مدیریت بازار قابل توجه است و تأثیرگذاری شبکه‌های اجتماعی و فعالیت‌های اقتصادی غیررسمی بازاریان در تحولات سیاسی نیز برجسته بوده است. سؤال اصلی این است که بازار تهران در تحولات سیاسی دهه چهارم جمهوری اسلامی چه نقشی داشته است؟ برای پاسخ به این سؤال از روش توصیفی تحلیلی استفاده شد، نظریه نهادگرایی و نظریات معطوف به بازار و سیاست در تحلیل و بررسی مورد توجه بوده است. از ابزار مطالعات کتابخانه ای و بررسی اسناد بهره گرفته است. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که در دهه چهارم، نقش بازار در سیاست به‌صورت ترکیبی از حامی - چالش‌گر مشهود است.

چکیده [English]

This article examines the role of the market in politics and political developments, focusing on the fourth decade of the Islamic Revolution of Iran. This period, due to political, economic, and social developments, created specific conditions in the interaction between the market and politics. The market is seen as a decisive actor in the decision-making process, decision-making, and political and social actions, and the mutual effects of the market and the government are in the context of events. The impact of the government's economic policies on the market and, consequently, the effects of the market on government policies and the process of political developments in the country have been of particular sensitivity. In addition, the role of civil and social institutions in the formation of economic policies and market management is significant, and the impact of social networks and informal economic activities of marketers on political developments has also been prominent. The main question is what role did the Tehran market play in the political developments of the fourth decade of the Islamic Republic? To answer this question, a descriptive-analytical method was used, and the theory of institutionalism and theories focused on the market and politics were considered in the analysis and study. It has used the tools of library studies and document review. The findings indicate that in the fourth decade, the role of the market in politics is evident as a combination of supporter-challenger.
