The political system of countries is one of the comparable cases in the legal and political field, based on which the degree of democracy or not, the powers of the heads of states, legislative and supervisory assemblies are determined and divided. Three types of political systems are known: presidential, parliamentary and semi-presidential-semi-parliamentary, and it seems that the basis of this division is attention to the powers of the rulers and especially attention to the principle of separation of powers. The presidential political system is defined based on the principle of separation of powers, in which the president, head of state and head of government are combined in one person and hold executive powers, and legislation and judicial affairs are given to other powers in a defined way. The following article seeks to answer the question of what are the similarities and differences between the presidential systems in the countries under study? It seems that the presidential system in each country can have specific characteristics based on history, culture, etc., but at the same time its essence is preserved and remains unchanged. According to the findings of this study, despite the existence of common characteristics such as the presidency of the president, the presidential system can also be affected by culture and society, etc. For example, in Tajikistan, influenced by Soviet rule, it has become close to a kind of individualism, and in Iran it has been combined with religious and Islamic elements.
